Robbers have driven a man to the post office where he worked at gunpoint.
The 54 year old victim was picked up in Edwalton in Nottingham by two men -
before being taken to Barrow-upon-Soar on Thursday 9th of February.
They tried to gain access at the back of the post office but were disturbed
by police on a routine patrol and left empty handed.
It's believed the blue Nissan Micra used in the attempted raid had been
stolen from Syston in the early hours of the Wednesday morning.
The weapon was found nearby and turned out to be fake.
